Solicitation Priorities:
- Promoting community re-integration and health of individuals returning to the community after incarceration, hospitalization, or institutionalization
 - Preventing accidental injury, violence, or suicide and suicide thoughts and behavior
 - Increasing affordable healthy food option and opportunities for physical activity
 - Changing community norms and reducing structural barriers related to health promoting behaviors
 - Improving community attitudes towards sociodemographic groups or towards individuals with certain health conditions
 - Enhancing the ability of community-dwelling adults to age in place or individuals with disabilities to live independently
