Eligible Community Violence Intervention Programs:
- Street Outreach
- Hospital-Based Violence Intervention Program
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Youth Engagement and Employment
2021 Grant Overview
Fund Amount: $1,093,332,726
Maximum Award Amount: $120,361,953 to California (amount determined by formula)
Total Number of Anticipated Recipients: 56 (all states and territories)
Solicitation Priorities:
- Include diverse and frequently marginalized perspectives in any process to identify victim service needs (e.g., strategic planning).
- Consider funding organizations that in the past have not received VOCA funds.
